Text formatting in Campaigns
Hunter Campaigns support both full-text and formatted emails.
The editor automatically detects whether you’re adding formatting (such as bold text, links, or lists) and adapts how your message is sent.
Full-text emails (plain text):
Sent when no formatting is applied.
Ideal for better deliverability and a personal, one-to-one look.
The unsubscribe sentence appears as text:
If you don’t want to hear from me again, please let me know.
Formatted emails:
Sent when you include bold, lists, links, or images.
The editor displays a notice:
“This email includes formatting (bold text, links, lists). Plain text emails usually have better deliverability.”The unsubscribe sentence changes automatically to:
If you don’t want to receive more emails, click here.
💡 You can switch back to plain text anytime by selecting Switch to plain text in the editor or use the Formatting toggle.
How fonts and styles work
Hunter keeps your email style simple and consistent across all inboxes to protect deliverability and ensure a natural look.
The font and font size are defined by the recipient’s email client (for example, Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
Custom fonts, font colors, and sizes are not supported, as they often trigger spam filters in B2B cold outreach.
