When creating a Campaign it is possible to use dynamic attributes to automatically retrieve information from the recipients.

When composing a new Campaign, simply select the attribute you'd like to include:

After adding the attribute, replace the FALLBACK value with a word you'd like to use in case the attribute cannot be retrieved for a recipient:
