If you're interested in switching from a Subscription plan to a Data Platform plan or vice versa, it’s possible, but there are a few important things to keep in mind, since Data Platform plans do not include all the benefits of our All-in-one outreach platform plans.


Switching from an All-in-one outreach platform subscription to a Data platform plan

Yes, you can switch your current All-in-one outreach platform plan to a Data platform plan in the Subscription section, by clicking on the option Change my plan. Simply select the Data Platform option and choose the amount of Search and/or Verification credits you need.

💡To keep in mind: Data Platform plans do not include access to Campaigns, Signals and Discover.

This means that if you have any active campaigns in Hunter, all connected email accounts to send email campaigns are removed, and any active email campaigns are stopped. You will also automatically remove any saved Signals.

If you have active campaigns or an active connected email account, you’ll receive an error message during the switch process: "Since you have active campaigns or connected email accounts, please confirm with our team if you'd like to switch to the Data Platform plan." You'll have a direct link to open a support chat with our team to assist you with the transition.

Once upgraded, any credits left over from your previous plan will be rolled over to an extra pack that will be available for three months.


Switching from a Data Platform plan to a All-in-one outreach platform subscription

You can switch your Data platform plan to an All-in-one outreach platform plan in the Subscription section. Simply select the All-in-one outreach platform section and choose the plan you wish to upgrade to.

💡Data Platform plans can only be switched to yearly All-in-one outreach platform subscription plans.

Once switched, you will gain access to all of the benefits included in a All-in-one outreach platform subscription, such as Campaigns, Signals, Discover and Credits over quota.

Any unused credits from the Data Platform plan are rolled over into an extra pack, which expires either at the end of the old subscription billing period or three months from the upgrade date, whichever is later.
