Purchasing a Hunter subscription

How to upgrade from the Free plan to a paid Hunter subscription: pick a plan, complete checkout, and start using your credits.

Ready to move beyond the Free plan? You can upgrade to a paid Hunter subscription in a few minutes: whether you want the full All-in-one Outreach Platform (Email Finder, Verifier, Discover, Sequences, Signals) or a Data Platform plan for API-only access.


Before you upgrade: pick the right plan

There are three plan families:

  • All-in-one Outreach Platform: full Hunter access including Sequences, Discover, and Signals. Available on Starter, Growth, and Scale tiers, monthly or yearly.

  • Data Platform: credits for API and bulk usage only. No Sequences, Discover, or Signals.

  • Enterprise: custom volume and contract terms, dedicated Account Manager.

Option 1: Upgrade from the Pricing page

The fastest way if you're not logged in yet.

  1. Go to the Pricing page

  2. Choose your billing period: Monthly or Yearly (yearly saves 30%)

  3. Pick the plan that fits your needs

  4. Sign in or create a Hunter account when prompted

  5. At checkout, enter your billing information and payment details

  6. Review your order (any discounts or credits will be shown)

  7. Click "Pay and upgrade my plan" to complete the purchase 🎉

For Data Platform plans, scroll down on the Pricing page to the Data Platform section and choose your credit package before signing in.


Option 2: Upgrade from inside your account

If you're already signed in to Hunter:

  1. Go to Account → Billing & subscription

  2. In the Details tab, click Change plan

  3. You'll be redirected to the Pricing page to choose your new plan

  4. Complete checkout as above


What happens right after you upgrade

  • Your new plan is active immediately: no waiting period.

  • Your credits are added to your account right away. Credits are shared across Email Finder, Email Verifier, Domain Search, and other tools.

  • Your renewal date is set to the date of purchase, and your next charge will happen on the same day next month (or next year, for yearly plans).

  • You'll receive an invoice by email. You can also download invoices at any time from the Overview tab.

Enterprise plans

If your team needs high-volume credits, custom contract terms, or a Service Level Agreement:

  1. On the Pricing page, find the Enterprise option

  2. Click "Talk to sales" and fill out the form

  3. Our Account Manager will follow up directly with a custom quote


Need extra credits later?

If you go over your All in one Platform plan's credit allowance, you can buy Credit packs at any time without upgrading your subscription. They're available on all paid All-in-one Outreach plans and stay valid for 3 months.


A few things to know

Switching between monthly and yearly

  • On a monthly plan? You can upgrade to yearly anytime from your Billing & subscription page and save 30%.

  • On a yearly plan and want to switch to monthly? You can switch from a yearly to a monthly plan at the end of your yearly billing period. If you need help, contact our support team and we'll handle it.

Already on an Enterprise plan? Plan changes go through your Account Manager, please reach out to them directly.


Trouble with checkout?
