Hunter offers two types of paid plans: All-in-one outreach platform subscriptions and Data Platform Plans.
All-in-one outreach platform plans include a wider range of benefits, while Data Platform Plans operate on a pay-as-you-go basis and include only Search and/or Verification Credits.
What is included in a Data Platform plan
Data Platform plans are ideal if you're solely interested in Search and/or Verification credits for finding and verifying emails rather than accessing all the features included in the All-in-one outreach platform plans, such as Campaigns, Discover, and Signals.
These plans limit functionality to API and bulk data usage.
They are flexible, offering a 12-month duration and can be tailored to your specific credit needs.
They can be renewed at any time.
Data Platform plans are self-serve and can be easily purchased from our Pricing page HERE.
A Data Platform plan includes:
Number of Search Credits per year (minimum 1,000 credits)
Number of Verification Credits per year (minimum 1,000 credits)
Team Management: Collaborate efficiently with your team.
Integrations & Add-ons: Seamlessly connect Hunter with other tools.
API Access: Utilize our API for custom workflows.
Bulk Access: Utilize our email finding and verifying tools in bulk.
Have a dedicated Account Manager and priority support
๐ Data platform plans do not include access to Campaigns, Signals, Discover or Credits over quota.
What is the duration of a Data Platform plan?
Data Platform plans have a 12-month duration and automatically renew unless cancelled through the Subscription section before the billing cycle ends.
You can renew your Data Platform plan at any time or purchase additional Search or Verification Credits as needed from the pricing page or through the "Change my plan" option in the Subscription section of your account.
Any unused credits from your previous plan will roll over into an extra pack, which will expire at the end of the new billing period.
Can I switch to a Data platform plan from the All-in-one outreach platform subscription?
Yes, you can switch your current All-in-one outreach platform plan to a Data platform plan in the Subscription section by clicking on the option Change my plan. Simply select the Data Platform option and choose the amount of Search and/or Verification credits you need.
๐ Keep in mind that if you decide to switch to a Data plan, all previously connected email accounts to send email campaigns will be removed, and any active email campaigns will be stopped. Any saved Signals will also be removed.
If you have active campaigns or an active connected email account, youโll receive an error message during the switch process: "Since you have active campaigns or connected email accounts, please confirm with our team if you'd like to switch to the Data Platform plan." You'll have a direct link to open a support chat with our team to assist you with the transition.
Once upgraded, any credits left over from your previous plan will be rolled over to an extra pack that will be available for three months.
