The Email accounts center is where you manage all of your connected sender accounts in one place. From here you can review account status, monitor sending activity, check health scores, and take action on individual or multiple accounts.
You'll find the Email Account Center in the Sequences navigation panel.
Within the Email accounts center, we have a few different sections full of information. This guide will help you navigate each section.
Overview bar
At the top of the page, three panels give you a snapshot of your setup:
Global Health Score
A score out of 100 that reflects the overall sending health of your connected accounts. If the score drops, it means something needs attention. See Global Health — Check and improve your sender health for a full guide on how to use it.
Sending limits
Shows daily sent and scheduled emails across your connected accounts, so you can see at a glance how close you are to your limits.
Deliverability Guard
Surfaces active warnings about your domains or email accounts that need action, such as authentication issues or reputation concerns.
Global Health Score and Deliverability Guard are available to paid users on any All-in-one Outreach Platform plan.
Add an email account
To add a new sending account, click + Add email account at the top right of the page. You'll be prompted to choose between two options.
Create managed email accounts — Buy a domain and create email accounts directly in Hunter. Domains come pre-configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. No external setup required. → See Buy and set up managed email accounts in Sequences for the full setup guide.
Connect an existing email account — Connect a Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP/IMAP account you already have. → See Connect your email account to Email Sequences for instructions.
The main table lists all of your connected email accounts with the following information.
Sender name — the name recipients see when they receive your email. See Manage your email account settings to learn how to change it.
Status — the current state of the account. Possible values include Ready to send, Disconnected, Permissions Required, Daily Limit Reached, Provider Limit Reached, Paused, Warming Up, Warming Up Locked, Progressive sending, and Needs protection. See the full status reference table below.
Protection — whether Inbox Protection is enabled for this account.
Sends/limit — a capacity bar showing today's sent emails against the account's daily sending limit. Hover over the bar to see exact numbers.
Scheduled — see how many emails are scheduled for this email account.
Health — the individual health score for this account. Hover over the heart icon and click to trigger a new check directly from the table.
Email accounts with Inbox Protection active and still in the warm-up phase will appear greyed out in the sequence creation flow. See Inbox Protection: warm up and protect your sender reputation for details.
