You can restore deleted leads yourself from the "Recently deleted" page in Hunter Leads. This article shows where to find the page and how to restore one lead, a selection, or a whole batch at once.
How the Recently deleted page works
Leads you delete stay on the "Recently deleted" page for 30 days.
If you're part of a team, the page shows leads deleted by anyone on the team.
After 30 days, deleted leads are removed for good and can't be restored.
đĄ 30-day limit: restore any leads you need before they reach 30 days. After that, they can't be recovered.
Find the Recently deleted page
Go to Leads.
Open the "Configuration" menu.
Click "Recently deleted". The number next to it shows how many deleted leads you can restore.
Restore your leads
Use the search bar to find leads by name, email address, or company. Then:
Select the leads you want to bring back. To include every lead that matches your search, use "Select all".
Click "Restore".
To restore a single lead, click "Restore" on its row.
What happens when you restore a lead
The lead goes back into the lists it was in before you deleted it, with its details as they were.
đĄ Sequences: a lead's activity history isn't restored, and emails that were scheduled for it before deletion aren't rescheduled. To contact the lead again, add it back to your Sequence.
đ Only removed a lead from a list? It isn't deleted. You'll still find it in "All People", so there's nothing to restore.
