Verify your leads
How to verify leads inside the Leads section
If you did not verify your leads when you imported them, you can still do so inside your People's Leads lists.
👉 If you wish to select individual leads to verify:
Check the leads you want to verify.
A blue actions menu will pop up.
Click on Verify leads.
👉 If you want to verify all leads in your leads list or a specific leads page:
Click on the check box on the left side of the Full name column.
Select the option you prefer --> Select all or Select this page
Now select Verify leads.
Before the verification starts, we'll ask you to confirm your action and let you know how many Verification Credits will be used.
💡If you're part of a team, only the Team Owner and Admins have the possibility to verify all leads. Should you be a member of a team, by verifying all leads, you will only verify leads that belong to you.
See the verification results
The Verification status column displays a green Valid checkmark for verified emails. To view the Verification status column, scroll to the right to access additional columns.
💡 You can customize the columns displayed by clicking the plus sign (+) on the right side and selecting the columns you’d like to view. By clicking on Update, the columns will be displayed accordingly.
Verify your leads automatically
If you wish to verify any email you add to your leads automatically, you can configure this in the Automatic verifications page, in the Leads section at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Check the Automatic leads verifications option and save your settings.
