Learn how credits are used when verifying emails

Updated over a week ago

Each time you verify an email using the Email Verifier or Bulk Email Verifier, 0.5 credits are used per email address.

Are all emails charged?

No — credits are only used when the verification returns a valid, invalid, or accept-all result.

If the email returns one of the following statuses, it won’t use credits:

  • Unknown

  • Disposable

These are skipped automatically in both the single and bulk verification tools.
