Contact your leads
You can contact your leads by sending individual emails or adding them as recipients to a campaign.
Add leads to a new or existing campaign from the Leads section
You can set up automated email campaigns for several leads at a time. Learn more about how to get started with Hunter Campaigns.
π To add leads to a new or existing email campaign, simply select the leads and select the option Add to a campaign or Create a new campaign from the blue actions menu.
This will automatically add these leads as recipients of your email campaigns. There are more ways to add recipients to a campaign. We have a dedicated help article you can access here.
Send individual emails to your leads
There are two ways to send individual emails to your leads from the Leads page:
From the view button
Click on the eye symbol visible on the right side of the selected lead's row.
The lead's contact page will pop up. Click on Send an email to contact the lead directly.
From the three dots
Click on the three dots on the selected lead's row, and select Send an email. A pop-up email page will appear.
π‘Note: In order to send email campaigns or individual emails you will first have to connect your email account/s for sending.
