Move, copy or remove leads and companies

Learn how to move lead and companies to a different list or delete them

Updated today

You can easily move and copy your leads or companies from one list to another or remove them.

Move or copy your leads or companies to a different list

  1. While on the original list, select the leads or companies you would like to move, copy or remove.

  2. Click on the three dots and select the option you prefer:

    a. Move to a list --> to move the selected leads to another list (this will remove them from the current list).

    b. Copy to another list --> to copy the leads and add them to a second list.

    c. Remove from this list --> this will remove the selected leads from this current list (they will continue to exist on other lists).

A pop-up window will appear. Select the destination list and confirm the change.

💡You cannot move, copy or remove leads and companies from the All people list or the All companies list. Leads and companies can only be moved from one designated list to another designated list.

How to delete your leads and companies

You can delete your leads or companies in the Leads section on your dashboard by selecting them manually or by deleting the entire list.

  • Select leads manually to be removed

To delete a single lead or company, a few leads or companies, select them, click on the three dots in the blue actions menu, and then select Delete.

💡 You can also select Remove from this list to remove these entries only from this specific list. They will continue to exist in other lead lists as well as in the All people list and All companies list.

  • Delete an entire people or company list

You can also delete an entire list by clicking on the list's title at the top and selecting Delete.

💡The All People or All companies list can't be deleted.

💡If you're part of a team, only the Team Owner and Admins can delete leads that don't belong to them. If you are a team member, you will only delete leads that belong to you; every other lead will be simply skipped.
