Hunter works with third-party sub-processors to help deliver its services: for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and more.

A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data on Hunter's behalf, as part of delivering the Hunter service. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Hunter is required to disclose which sub-processors it uses.

Every sub-processor goes through a security and compliance review before being added, and Hunter signs a Data Processing Agreement with each one that handles personal data.

The current list, including each sub-processor's name, the data they process, their purpose, and their country, is available on Hunter's sub-processors page. This list is kept up to date and reflects who's active at any given time.

Before Hunter adds a new sub-processor that will process personal data, it provides at least 14 days' notice. You can subscribe to these notifications from your Account preferences inside the Legal & compliance section.

If you have concerns about a new sub-processor, you can raise an objection in writing within 7 days of the notice, provided it's based on reasonable data protection grounds.
