How long do your credits last?

Here’s a breakdown of how credit validity works across different plans and what happens when you change your subscription.

Credit validity by plan type

Yearly All-in-one outreach platform plans & Data Platform plans:

  • Credits are valid for 12 months.

  • Any unused credits expire at the end of the 12-month period.

Monthly All-in-one outreach platform plans:

  • Credits reset at the end of each monthly billing cycle.

  • Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

Credit Packs:

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Even if you switch to a Free Plan, the pack remains active for the full 3-month period.

What happens to unused credits when you change plans?

When you upgrade, downgrade, or switch* between paid plans:

  • All remaining credits from your current plan are automatically rolled over as an extra credit pack on top of what’s included in your new plan.

  • Credit Packs: These remain valid for 3 months from their purchase date, regardless of plan changes.

  • The validity of these rolled-over credits depends on the type of plan you switch to:

New Plan Type

Rollover Credit Validity

Monthly Plan

3 months

Yearly or Data Platform Plan

12 months

💡 Note: When you change your plan, the new billing cycle (monthly or yearly) starts immediately, and you’ll be charged the full amount of the new plan.

*Downgrading refers only to switching from a higher-paid plan to a lower-paid plan. If you cancel, pause, or move to the Free Plan, unused subscription credits will not roll over.
