How long do your credits last?
Here’s a breakdown of how credit validity works across different plans and what happens when you change your subscription.
Credit validity by plan type
Yearly All-in-one outreach platform plans & Data Platform plans:
Credits are valid for 12 months.
Any unused credits expire at the end of the 12-month period.
Monthly All-in-one outreach platform plans:
Credits reset at the end of each monthly billing cycle.
Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Credit Packs:
Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Even if you switch to a Free Plan, the pack remains active for the full 3-month period.
What happens to unused credits when you change plans?
When you upgrade, downgrade, or switch* between paid plans:
All remaining credits from your current plan are automatically rolled over as an extra credit pack on top of what’s included in your new plan.
Credit Packs: These remain valid for 3 months from their purchase date, regardless of plan changes.
The validity of these rolled-over credits depends on the type of plan you switch to:
New Plan Type | Rollover Credit Validity |
Monthly Plan | 3 months |
Yearly or Data Platform Plan | 12 months |
💡 Note: When you change your plan, the new billing cycle (monthly or yearly) starts immediately, and you’ll be charged the full amount of the new plan.
*Downgrading refers only to switching from a higher-paid plan to a lower-paid plan. If you cancel, pause, or move to the Free Plan, unused subscription credits will not roll over.
