Integrate Sequences with external tools

How to connect Sequences with other platforms for monitoring and additional functionalities

How to integrate Sequences with other platforms and tools?

If you'd like to integrate your email sequences with other tools, there are a couple of options available for you.

Zapier

You can use Zapier to easily build integrations with many more online apps.

With Zapier, you can check when an email is opened or read, or when a sequence is created. You can also create a lead and a recipient in an existing sequence.

🔗 You can find out more about how to integrate Hunter's Email Sequences with Zapier here.

Webhooks

A webhook is a way to send real-time data to an external application whenever a specific event happens. Instead of manually checking for updates, the data is pushed automatically to a URL you define.

In Hunter Sequences, you can use webhooks to trigger notifications in other tools when an email is sent, opened, clicked, or replied to.

Add a BCC recipient

Email Sequences include a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) feature that allows you to automatically log sent emails into your CRM.

By adding a specific email address provided by your CRM into the BCC field, every message sent through the sequence will also be forwarded to your CRM's logging system.

To add a BCC, go to the Settings tab of your sequence, and click on "Add BCC" below the "Sender accounts" section:

This feature is particularly useful for CRMs that support email-based logging (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive), allowing seamless integration without the need for complex technical setups.

Integrate through the Hunter API

You can also use our API to perform some actions or retrieve direct information from your sequences. For instance, you can add or remove a recipient from a sequence, list all your sequences, and view the recipients of a specific sequence.

It enables you to automate advanced use cases and make your outreach even more efficient.

All these calls are free; however, not all endpoints are currently available for public use. If you have a specific idea in mind that requires us to open this access, please reach out!
