How to add additional email accounts to the subscription

Learn how to add additional email accounts to connect with Hunter Campaigns.

You can add additional email accounts to any paid subscription in two ways:

It's possible to add up to 50 email accounts on any standard subscription. If you need a higher amount, contact our sales team for assistance.

Why connect more email accounts?
The more email accounts you connect to Hunter, the more emails you can send daily, either by using email account rotation or by setting up more campaigns with individual email accounts - both can help avoid hitting sending limits and damaging your email reputation.

How to add additional email accounts

Option 1: Add email accounts to your current plan

  • Add from your Subscription page

In the Subscription section of your account, on the left side of your current plan details under "Quotas", click on ''Edit'':

To add additional email accounts, click on the ''+'' sign, and the price per additional account will be visible on the right side of the window.

Once you have selected the total number of accounts you would like to add, click on ''Continue'' to confirm the change.

  • Add from your Campaigns page

You can directly add via your subscription page If you have reached the email accounts limit in your subscription, the following message will appear in your Campaigns settings:

To add additional email accounts while staying on the same plan, click the link ''add email accounts'' to be redirected to the checkout page.

A popup window will show up with the email accounts included in your subscription.

To add additional email accounts, click on the ''+'' sign, and the price per additional account will show up on the right side of the window.

Before updating your plan, you can see a preview of the total number of email accounts included in your subscription, including the selected additional email accounts.

πŸ’‘ Any additional email account added is not charged immediately.

Instead, the first charge is pro-rated in the following billing cycle, plus the cost for the new billing period with the additional email accounts.


Option 2: Upgrade to a higher plan

If the number of email accounts you want to add makes it worth upgrading to a higher plan, you can do so in the Campaigns settings page or the Subscription area of your account.

  • Upgrade in the Campaigns settings page

In the ''Connected emails'' section of the Campaigns settings, click on the link ''upgrade''.

You will be redirected to the pricing page to choose the plan you wish to upgrade to.

Once the plan is selected, you will be taken to the checkout page, where you can confirm the change.

  • Upgrade from the Subscription page

In the Subscription section of your account, click on ''change'' on the right side of your current plan details:

You will be taken to the pricing page, where you can change the plan to one with more email accounts.

Once you have chosen the right plan for you, click on ''Select'' and you will be taken to the checkout page, where you will see a review of the new subscription and confirm the change.


Add additional email accounts or upgrade?

Depending on the plan you are currently subscribed to and how many email accounts you want to connect to, it might be more beneficial to stick with the same plan and add additional email accounts or upgrade to a higher plan.
