If you're on a yearly plan and reach your yearly credit limit, you will automatically start using credits over quota until you reach the yearly over-quota allowance.

Should you reach your over-quota allowance and need access to more credits, you have two options:
Upgrade your plan anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account and choose the yearly plan that best suits your needs.
Contact us and ask us to renew your existing plan. While this option is not self-service, we are more than happy to assist you with it.
👉 In both cases, the plan will have a new start date, and all credits will reset and be available for the following 12 months.
Should you decide to upgrade to a bigger plan before reaching your yearly credit limit, any unused credits are rolled over in an extra pack for 12 months.
