If you're on a standard yearly plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale plan) and reach your yearly credit limit but need access to further credits, you can start using credits over quota until you reach the yearly over-quota allowance, by allowing this option during the checkout process or from the Subscription section of your account.
Plan | Starter | Growth | Scale |
Over quota credits Search limit | 6000 | 60,000 | 120,000 |
Over quota credits Verification limit | 12,000 | 120,000 | 120,000 |
Enable Credits over quota
Since January 8, 2025, credits over quota must be manually enabled during the checkout process when purchasing a new plan. Before that date, credits over quota were enabled by default for all subscriptions. No changes have been made to existing subscriptions.
When you purchase or upgrade/downgrade to a new plan, we'll give you the option to enable access to Credits over quota.
You will be asked to enable this option by toggling the option Allow credits over quota.
πThe Subscription Owner can also enable or disable Credits over quota later on the Subscription page in his account.
Upgrade your plan
Should you reach your over-quota allowance and need access to more credits, you have two options:
Upgrade your plan anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account and choose the yearly plan that best suits your needs.
Contact us and ask us to renew your existing plan. While this option is not self-service, we are more than happy to assist you with it.
π In both cases, the plan will have a new start date, and all credits will reset and be available for the following 12 months.
What happens if I'm on a Data Platform plan?
If you're on a Data Platform plan and reach your credit limit, since this is a flexible plan, you can either:
Top up with more credits as needed from the Subscriptions section of your account by clicking ''change my plan'':
Change to a standard yearly plan by selecting the tab All-in-one outreach platform:
Should you decide to upgrade to a bigger plan before reaching your yearly credit limit, any unused credits are rolled over in an extra pack for 12 months if you switch to a yearly plan or Data Platform plan.
