What are credits over quota?

Credits over quota allow you to use additional credits on top of those included in your plan without having to upgrade to a bigger plan. They are activated once you reach your yearly credit limit and are priced based on the plan you own.


What are the yearly over quota credit limits

How are credits over quota calculated for yearly plans

Credits over quota will be automatically activated once you have reached your yearly credits limit, and they can be used and distributed throughout the 12 months of your yearly plan until the end of your billing cycle.

You can disable the credits over quota option or create usage limits in the Subscription section of your account at any time.


How are credits over quota billed for yearly plans

Credits over quota are billed once you reach the billing threshold (when the accumulated credits over the quota reach the cost of the yearly plan) or when the plan resets at the end of the yearly period, whichever comes first.


How to access more credits when on a yearly plan

If you have reached your yearly overage Credit quota and need more credits, you can upgrade your subscription through the Subscription section of your account or contact us.
