What are credits over quota?
Credits over quota allow you to use additional credits on top of those included in your plan without having to upgrade to a bigger plan.
Since January 8, 2025, credits over quota must be manually enabled during the checkout process when purchasing a new plan. Before that date, credits over quota were enabled by default for all subscriptions. No changes have been made to existing subscriptions.
👉 If you have allowed access to credits over quota during the checkout process or from your account, they are automatically activated once you reach your yearly credit limit and are priced based on the plan you own.
You will be asked to allow this option during the checkout process.
You can also enable or disable this option anytime from the Subscription section of your account by clicking on Edit in the Credits over quota section.
What are the yearly over quota credit limits
👉 The credits over quota limits for yearly plans reflect the total Search and Verification credits available in each plan for the entire year.
For instance, a user with a Starter Yearly plan has access to up to 6,000 Search credits and 12,000 Verification credits beyond their yearly quota. Please refer to the table below for a complete overview of the allowances for over quota credits.

How are credits over quota calculated for yearly plans
If you have allowed access to Credits over quota, they will be automatically activated once you reach your yearly credits limit, and they can be used and distributed throughout the 12 months of your yearly plan until the end of your billing cycle.
You can disable or enable the credits over quota option or create usage limits in the Subscription section of your account at any time.
How are credits over quota billed for yearly plans
Credits over quota are billed once you reach the billing threshold indicated on your Subscription page (monthly cost of your plan) or when the plan resets at the end of the yearly period, whichever comes first.
They'll be included as an extra in your renewal invoice or as a standalone invoice if you have cancelled your yearly plan.
How to access more credits when on a yearly plan
