Can I use Hunter for one time only?

Learn how to use Hunter for one month or choose a Data Platform plan for flexible, API-only access, and how to avoid automatic renewals.

Updated this week

Yes — you can use Hunter for just one month by choosing a monthly All-in-one plan or a Data Platform plan designed for API users.

Use Hunter for one month (All-in-one outreach plan)

If you need full access to features like Campaigns, Email Finder, or Verifier for a short time:

  1. Choose a monthly All-in-one outreach platform plan

  2. After subscribing, click “Cancel” in the Subscription section to stop auto-renewal

Your plan will stay active until the end of the billing period, and unused credits remain available during that time.

Prefer to pause instead of canceling?

If you might return in a few months, you can pause your monthly plan renewal instead of canceling:

  • Pause for 1, 2, or 3 months

  • While paused, your account switches to the Free Plan

  • After the pause, your subscription automatically resumes with a 30% discount on the first payment

💡 Pausing is only available on monthly plans — not yearly ones.

Use Hunter credits with a Data Platform plan (for API users)

If you’re using Hunter through the API or in bulk, you can choose a Data Platform plan instead:

  • Purchase only the Search and/or Verification credits you need

  • No access to Campaigns, Signals, or Discover

  • Credits are valid for 12 months

  • Ideal for one-time or occasional API use

👉 Important: Data Platform plans renew automatically. If you only need the plan temporarily, make sure to cancel it from your Subscription section to avoid being charged again.

ℹ️ You can subscribe to a Data Platform plan anytime via our Pricing page.
