Cancelling your subscription's renewal

Where you can remove your paid plan

If you're the subscription owner you can cancel your plan's renewal at any time in the Subscription section of your account. Once you have cancelled, you'll still have access to your paid plan until the end of your monthly period. To cancel your Hunter.io subscription and stop future charges, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Settings page (https://hunter.io/subscription).

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the plan box and click on the “Cancel” button. Follow the steps to confirm the cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring continued access to your credits and features until then.

For monthly subscriptions, it's important to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being billed for an additional month. You can initiate the cancellation process at any time before the renewal date.

Hunter.io does not offer refunds for early subscription cancellations once payment has been processed. However, unused credits from your subscription can be saved and used for future needs, in accordance with the Terms of Service. For further details, refer to Hunter’s Help Center article on refunds.

👉 If you're a member of a team and not the actual owner of the subscription, you will not have the Cancel option, as only the owner can manage his subscription.
