You can find a full recap of your usage in the Usage section of your account.
Here, you'll find three different tabs:
Overview: have a quick overview of your and your team's usage.
Details: Check the request details and sources.
Request history: Check all the requests you or your team have made.
Usage Overview
In the Overview section, you will have an overview of your and your team's usage divided by Searches and Verifications:
Based on the type of credits, We'll also let you know which tools were used, if any credits over quota were used, and the associated cost.
Credits over quota usage will be displayed by a red line and included usage by a blue line to give you an immediate overview of your usage. Here, you'll also find the cost for the different credits over quota requests and the total of the over quota costs.
You'll also see a link at the bottom of the page that allows you to set your over quota limits for your account.
Usage Details
In the Details section, you can find two graphs representing your usage divided into daily columns. The type of request you have made is divided into Searches and Verifications.
You can also filter your usage details by team member or by a specific billing period.
If you toggle on the option Show sources, your graph columns will be divided into different colours, reflecting the different tools you have used for these requests and allowing you to have a quick overview of the most used tools for a specific period.
A dropdown list will open when you click on Searches or Verifications at the bottom of the page. The colours reflect the different tools and the number of credits used within each of these tools.
Request History
In the Request history section, you can find a list of all your previously made requests, separated by the type of tool used and the amount of credits used. You can filter your request history by team members and by a specific billing period.
In this section, you'll also have the option to export your and your team's usage by clicking on the button at the top right, Export as CSV.
