Where can I see my usage?

Learn where to review your and your team's usage

Updated yesterday

You can find a full recap of your usage in the Usage section of your account. Here, youโ€™ll also find a summary of your remaining credits, helping you track your usage limit efficiently.

The Usage section can be accessed through your profile menu, which you can find at the bottom left side of the platform.

Here, you'll find three different tabs:

  • Overview: have a quick overview of your and your team's usage.

  • Details: Check the request details and sources.

  • Request history: Check all the requests you or your team have made.

Usage Overview

In the Overview section, you will have an overview of your and your team's usage against your plan limits, divided by credits and the tools you used.

You'll also see a link at the bottom of the page that allows you to set an auto purchase limit for additional credit packs.

Additionally, at the top of the Overview page, you'll find a note about your next renewal date, ensuring consistent access to credits.

Usage Details

In the Details section, you can find two graphs representing your usage divided into daily columns. The type of request you have made is divided into Searches and Verifications.

You can also filter your usage details by team member or by a specific billing period.

If you toggle on the option Show sources, your graph columns will be divided into different colours, reflecting the different tools you have used for these requests and allowing you to have a quick overview of the most used tools for a specific period.

A dropdown list will open when you click on Searches or Verifications at the bottom of the page. The colours reflect the different tools and the number of credits used within each of these tools.

Request History

In the Request history section, you can find a list of all your previously made requests, separated by the type of source and the amount of credits used.

You can click on each request to see more details, such as the request URL, the IP address from which this request was made, and the user agent.

You can filter your request history by team members and by specific billing period.

In this section, you'll also have the option to export your and your team's usage by clicking on the button at the top right, Export as CSV.
