What are credit packs
Credit packs are add-on bundles of credits you can purchase when you've used up your monthly or yearly plan quota. They provide a flexible way to continue using Hunter to find or verify emails, without having to upgrade your subscription.
🟢 Available on: Starter, Growth, Scale (All-in-one outreach plans)
🔴 Not available for: Free users, Data Platform plans
ℹ️ On a Data Platform plan? Credit Packs and auto-purchase aren't supported on Data Platform plans. Instead, you can purchase a new Data Platform plan at any time and your unused credits will roll over.

How much do they cost
Each credit pack costs €10 / $10 / £8.40, but the number of credits you receive depends on your plan:

Starter | €10 / $10 / £8.40 | 100 credits |
Growth | €10 / $10 / £8.40 | 300 credits |
Scale | €10 / $10 / £8.40 | 500 credits |
💡 Tip: The higher your plan, the better the value per credit.
How to purchase a credit pack
Credit packs can be purchased from the Subscription section of your Hunter account by clicking on the option Buy addtional credits. More on this in this help article.
Now, select the number of credits you want to purchase and click on "Buy credits." Enter your payment details and confirm your purchase at checkout.
Credit packs expiry
Credit packs expire 3 months after purchase.
But they are portable: they remain valid even if you downgrade or cancel your subscription for the full 3-month period.
Setting up auto-purchase
You can enable auto-purchase in the Subscription section, so that a new credit pack is automatically charged and added to your account when your existing credits run out.
⚠️ Auto-purchase is only available on All-in-one outreach plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). It is not supported on Data Platform plans.
Go to the Subscriptions section and under the Change auto purchase settings click on Edit.
Now, enable the Auto purchase option and select a spending limit before clicking on Save, to activate the auto purchase.
