Leads Segmentation

Users can personalize and display three attribute blocks in the Leads section that provide a visual representation of attribute distribution. This makes it easier to analyze and filter leads at a glance.

The segmentation feature provides a clear overview of your leads and company segmentation, including key statuses such as verification, sending status, and more.


Filter by segments

By clicking on a specific segment, your leads are instantly filtered by that attribute, allowing you to seamlessly switch between different views.


Personalize the attribute blocks

You can personalize the attribute blocks to suit your needs. Simply click on the Select an attribute dropdown menu or on the dropdown menu on the top left of each segmentation block to open the menu with the different attribute options.


Tag your leads

You can add unlimited tags to your leads or companies, allowing you to organize and categorize them based on specific criteria. This allows you to customize your lead management and apply filters to find leads easily.


Make the Tags column visible

First of all, to start tagging your leads or companies, you must make sure the Tags column is visible. To do so, simply slide to the extreme right, click on the plus (+) sign as shown below, check the Tags checkbox, and click on Update.


Adding tags to a lead

Now that you can see the Tags column, you can start tagging your leads.

To add a tag to one of your leads or companies:

  1. Hover over the lead's row inside the Tags column

  2. Click on + Add a tag.

  3. Now select an existing tag or create a new one by giving it a name:


Filter your leads by tags

It is possible to filter your leads or companies by tags and use tag filtering in combination with other filters:

If you just wish to filter your leads or companies by tags, you can also directly click on the Tags column and check the tags you want to filter by.


Edit your tags

To edit your tags, simply click on the three dots, change the name, pick a different colour, or delete the tag.

πŸ’‘ It is not currently possible to bulk edit tags for a list of leads or to tag leads during a lead import.
