You can apply various filters to your leads to target the right prospects or companies. This allows you, for example, to verify only selected leads, add specific ones to an email campaign, and perform other targeted actions.


Available filters for leads in People's lists

The filter options for leads include:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Company

  • Position

  • Website

  • Industry

  • Phone number

  • Twitter

  • LinkedIn

  • Country

  • Source

  • Synchronization

  • Team member

  • Last activity at

  • Last contacted at

  • Sending status

  • Verification status


Available filters for companies in Company lists

The filter options for companies include:

  • Company list

  • Company name

  • Saved leads

  • Website

  • Location

  • Industry

  • Size

  • Company type

  • Tags

  • Keywords

  • Technology

  • Country

  • Year founded

  • Funding series

  • Funding amount


How to apply filters

You can filter all your saved leads by using dedicated filters.

  1. Start by clicking on the Filters button.

  2. Select the filter(s) you want to add to your list one by one.

  3. Based on the filters you use, select the most appropriate attribute or in case you have the option to choose between Contains, Has any value, or Is empty. You can use the following logic:

    1. Contains --> a specific keyword

    2. Has any value --> see all results that contain any value within the filter)

    3. Is empty --> see the leads that don't contain any information on the filter applied.


Clear all filters

You can clear all your filters by clicking the Clear all filters button at the top right of the leads page.
