Export your leads and companies
You can download your list of people or companies as a CSV file by clicking the Export button located under the three dots that will appear once you select the leads you wish to export.
š” For company exports, the Export button will be immediately visible after selecting the companies to export:

Paid plans: 100,000 companies per export
Free plans: 100 companies per export
š These limits apply only to exporting companies. There are no limits when exporting leads from the people lists.
What's included in your export
Your exported CSV includes all the standard fields visible in your Leads list, plus any custom attributes you've added.
For people exports, this includes: name (first, last, full), job title, department, email address, confidence score, verification status and date, company name, industry, company size, company type, company country, website, LinkedIn URL, phone number, city, state, country, tags, source, owner, and creation/update/activity dates.
For company exports, this includes: company name, domain, industry, headcount, company type, location (city, state, postal code, country), LinkedIn URL, description, and tags.
š Any custom attributes you've created are automatically included as additional columns in your export.
Export format and delivery
Exports are downloaded as a CSV file. Small exports download instantly to your browser. Larger exports are sent to you by email instead of downloading immediately.
