Finding emails in Leads

Save or import your leads

You can save or import leads even without an email address and choose to find the associated email later. This allows you to manage all your prospects in one place and enrich their details as needed.

💡To save a lead without an email, you’ll need at least the full name and the company name or domain.

Once the contact is saved, you can find the associated email using our Email Finder functionality from inside the People's section in Leads.

You can also save or import company leads to find associated emails using the Domain Search functionality in Leads.

Find the email addresses of an existing lead

👉 To find a lead’s email address, either click the magnifying glass icon in the Email Address column or open their contact card and select Find Email Address.

To find email addresses for multiple contacts at once, select the leads you want to find email addresses for. A blue action menu will pop up, allowing you to find emails in bulk by clicking on Find email addresses.

Find email addresses from company leads

👉 To find email addresses for a company, open the company lead record and prospect for available emails. Simply select the company and click Find People.

If you want to find email addresses for multiple companies at once, select the company leads you’re interested in. A blue action menu will appear, allowing you to find emails in bulk by clicking the Find People button.

This will open a new window on the right with a display of the email addresses and an option to add additional filters, such as:

  • Job title: filter by specific job titles

  • Verification status: Valid, Accept all or Unknown

  • Type: generic or personal emails

  • Department: Select specific departments

  • Show only results with: phone numbers, full names, or positions.

  • Location: refine by city, country, continent, economic area, nation

  • Saved leads: Hide existing leads

  • People per company: choose all, decision makers, or a specific number

  • All people: All leads

  • Decision makers: filter only by decision makers

  • Generic emails: filter to only return generic emails such as info@ or support@

Whether you filter your research or not, you will see a list of emails displayed. These can be revealed one by one by clicking Reveal. You can also click the Reveal All button at the bottom, or select specific leads in bulk to reveal them.

The estimated number of emails found and the credit cost will also be displayed.
