The Global Health score gives you a quick overview of the sending health of your connected sender accounts in Sequences. It helps you confirm whether key email authentication settings are configured correctly and shows what to fix when something needs attention.
👉 Global Health is available to paid users on any All-in-one Outreach Platform plan.
What global health shows
The global health score appears at the top of the Email Account Center, found under the main Sequences page, and is shown as a score out of 100.
It is designed to help you quickly assess whether your connected sender setup is in good shape for sending emails through Sequences.
From this view, you can:
see an overall health score for your sender setup
review warnings and recommended actions in the right panel
run a health check on a connected email account or domain
open a more detailed health report to understand what is working and what needs attention
How to run a health check
A health check runs automatically when you first connect an email account. You can re-run it at any time to get updated results.
To run a health check:
Go to the Email Account Center and locate the email account or domain you want to check. Use the Email Accounts or Domains tab to navigate.
Click on the account or domain to open the side panel. Alternatively click the heart icon showing when hovering the health score.
Click Run health check.
Open the Health report tab to view the score and detailed results.
How to read the health report
For email accounts, the report is grouped into three sections:
Authentication checks: confirms whether your domain's SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are configured correctly. Proper authentication is essential for deliverability.
Reputation checks: shows signals that affect trust in your sending domain, such as blacklist status, website setup, and domain age.
Email account checks: covers account-level factors related to sending activity and inbox protection.
For domains, the report includes the authentication and reputation sections only.
What to do if a check fails
When a check fails, use the guide linked in the report for the issue you need to fix.
Relevant guides include:
Fix domain health issues: Fix SPF, DKIM, and DMARC issues detected by Hunter domain health check
Add authentication records for custom SMTP/IMAP: Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for a custom SMTP/IMAP sending domain
