As your lead library grows, folders can help you keep your lists organized and easy to navigate. You can create lists directly inside folders, and move and reorder them with drag-and-drop.
What are folders?
In the People Leads section, you can organize your lead lists into folders. A folder is a container for one or more lists, making it easier to group related leads together. Lists without a folder appear uncategorized.
Creating a list inside a folder
When you create a new lead list, you can choose which folder to place it in right from the creation dialog, or create a new folder instead. This option is available from all major list creation entry points.
Moving a list to a different folder
You can move an existing list in two ways:
Inside a list, click the dropdown arrow next to the list's name and choose a different folder.
Hover over the drag handle (⠿), then drag the list into another folder.
Reordering lists and folders with drag-and-drop
You can also reorder both folders and lists using drag-and-drop. Simply click and hold a folder or list, using the drag handle (⠿), drag it to the desired position, and release it.
Selecting lists across pages for bulk actions
Once you've organized your lists into folders, on the Lists page, you can select multiple lists and apply bulk actions to all of them at once. This is useful if you have a large library and want to move, delete, or manage a set of lists instead of handling them one by one.
