Exporting email addresses from Domain Search
You can easily export emails directly from your Domain Search results after selecting the contacts you need.
Here’s how it works:
Select the contacts you want to export:
You can select individual leads.
You can bulk select all available leads.
You can filter by department (e.g., Marketing, HR) and select all leads within that department.
Once your selection is made, click Export as CSV.
Before exporting, Hunter will clearly show you how many Search credits will be used (in the example below 5 Search credits).
How credits are used for exporting emails in CSV
Credits are only used when you reveal email addresses.
Emails you have already revealed will not cost any additional credits when exporting.
For new contacts you haven’t revealed yet, 1 Search credit per email will be used during export.
This gives you full transparency and control: you only spend credits for the contacts you choose.
Export limits in Domain Search
There is a limit of 5,000 emails per domain that can be exported.
Free plan users can access up to 10 email addresses per domain.
Starter plan and above users have full access to the available results, depending on their remaining Search credits.
Bulk Domain Search export limits
When using the Bulk Domain Search:
You can export up to 100 emails per domain.
You can upload a file with up to 25,000 domains (or company names) per Bulk Search.
Note: In the Bulk Domain Search, 1 Search credit still reveals up to 10 emails per domain or company name.
