How to reveal, save, and export leads from Domain Search

Learn how leads are revealed, automatically saved into Leads, how credits are used, and how to export them.

Updated this week

Revealing and saving leads

When you run a Domain Search, you’ll see a list of available contacts. Each email can be revealed by clicking the Reveal button (1 credit).

  • As soon as you click Reveal, the contact is automatically saved into your Leads workspace—no extra step required.

  • Every revealed contact will appear in Leads, where you can manage them, add them to Campaigns, or prepare them for export.

💡Use the filters in Domain Search (department, job title, decision makers, verification status, etc.) to focus on the most relevant contacts before revealing. Learn how to use filters.

Revealing emails in bulk

You can select the contacts you want—whether single contacts, entire departments, or all results—by checking them and clicking Reveal in the blue action menu. This will reveal all the selected leads and automatically add them to your Leads.

Exporting leads from the Domain Search

  • Use the checkboxes to select the revealed contacts you want.

  • Click Export as CSV in the top bar.

  • Export itself costs 0 credits—the credits are only used for an export when the emails aren't revealed yet. (1 credit per email revealed)

Revealing generic emails

In Domain Search, you’ll also see a Generic tab (e.g. info@, contact@, support@). Instead of revealing each one individually, you can reveal all generic email addresses for a domain in one click.

  • Clicking Reveal all generic emails will unlock every generic address for that domain.

  • This costs just 1 Credit total, no matter how many generic addresses there are.

Credit usage explained

  • 1 credit per revealed email.

  • 1 credit to reveal all generic emails.

  • Exporting = 0 credits.
