Here's a breakdown of what statistics you can access with every report:
Check all campaigns sent in a specific timeframe and see the top campaigns.
Get a breakdown of the campaigns sent by team members to monitor the team's individual performance.
See what email addresses sent the most successful/unsuccessful emails and track their performance.
Check how different email domains are performing and if there are any that have higher/lower delivery and reply rates.
Each option will show you numbers and graphs, helping you keep track of email metrics like sent, bounced, opened, clicked, replied, and successful.
To create targeted reports, you can select two types of filters: by name and by timeframe.
Filter by name
Each reporting type allows you to select specific filters by name, and you can choose one or several filters at once.
By campaign(s) name(s)
By team member(s)
By email address(es)
By email domain(s)
Filter by timeframe
By default, the timeframe selected in all reporting types is for the last 7 days, but you can select a specific timeframe or date to apply to the overview and go up to 1 year back in time.
After choosing the filters, a summary featuring a visual representation will be generated, displaying the key performance indicators (KPIs) in detail:
Each report includes the main KPIs on top of the graphic:
Sent - Number of emails sent
Bounces - Percentage and number of emails bounced
Opens - Percentage and number of emails that were opened
Clicks - Percentage and number of emails that had links that were clicked
Replies - Percentage and number of emails that received a reply
Successful - Percentage and number of emails marked as successful in Campaigns
Other than the KPIs overview, a graphic is also created with a default view by day and by emails sent:
To adjust the timeframe view of the selected graphic, choose between one of the following options:
Day - Daily evolution of the selected KPI
Week - Weekly evolution of the selected KPI
