How to delete or archive an email sequence in Hunter

Manage your email sequences by removing drafts or archiving launched ones to keep your workspace organized.

Deleting an email sequence (drafts only)

You can only delete email sequences that have not been launched.

To delete a draft sequence:

  1. Open the email sequence.

  2. Click the down arrow next to the email sequence's name.

  3. Select Delete.

⚠️ Important: Deleting an email sequence is permanent. You’ll see a confirmation warning before the email sequence is removed.


Archiving an email sequence (launched email sequences)

Once an email sequence has been launched, it cannot be deleted. Instead, you can archive it to remove it from your main Email Sequences view.

To archive a launched email sequence:

  1. Open the email sequence.

  2. Click the down arrow next to the email sequence's name.

  3. Select Archive.

⚠️ Important: Archiving is permanent. You’ll receive a confirmation prompt before proceeding.


Key points to remember

  • Delete = Only for email sequences in draft. Removes the email sequence completely.

  • Archive = For email sequences that have been launched. Hides them from your main view but keeps them stored.

  • Both actions require confirmation before they’re applied.

💡 Tip: Archived email sequences can still be accessed from your Archived Email Sequence section for review or record-keeping.
