Once your Signals are running and results start coming in, the next step is finding contact emails for those companies. You can do this directly from the Signals page, no need to go to Domain Search manually.
How it works depends on the type of Signal you're using.
Find emails for Fundings and acquisitions & Job openings Signals
For these two signal types, you can find emails for all companies in your results list , either in bulk or one company at a time.
Find emails for all companies at once
Click the orange Find email addresses button without selecting any specific companies. This automatically selects the entire list and triggers a Bulk Domain Search.
A window will appear asking you to configure the search options:
Maximum number of email addresses per company
Type of email address, all, generic, or personal
Department filters
Click Continue to start the Bulk Domain Search. Once it's processed, the results will be available in the Bulk section of your account and ready to download. You'll also receive an email notification when the results are ready.
Find emails for individual or selected companies only
Check the box next to the companies you want, then click the orange Find email addresses button, this again will trigger a Bulk Domain Search for the selected companies.
To find emails for individual companies click on the Find email addresses button on the right side of each company entry. This will start a Domain search, to find emails for this specific company.
Finding emails from Company Signals
For Company Signals, email finding works differently, Hunter notifies you when a new email address has been found for a company you're following (if that option was selected during the Signal setup).
To reveal an email address:
Go to your Signals page and open the relevant Company Signal result.
Click Reveal email address next to the contact.
This costs 1 Credit.
Note: You can also click on the orange Find email addresses button on any Company Signal result to go directly to Domain Search for that company and find additional contacts.
Before you confirm, Hunter will show you:
Whether the email is generic or personal
The sources where the address was found publicly on the web
š” Once an email is revealed, it stays visible and is saved to your Leads, so you won't be charged again if you come back to the same result.
After revealing or finding emails, you can save contacts directly to a specific leads list to keep them organised or directly add them to an email sequence.
