Make.com integration

Connect Hunter to Make.com to automate email finding, verification, and lead management across your other apps.

Use Hunter's integration with Make to build no-code workflows that find emails, verify them, and manage leads automatically — without leaving the other apps you already use.

Connect your Hunter account to Make

Before you can use Hunter's modules in a scenario, connect your Hunter account to Make.

  1. Sign in to your Make account and add a Hunter module to a scenario.

  2. Click "Create a connection".

  3. In Hunter, go to "Account" → "API" and copy your API key.

  4. Paste the API key into Make and save the connection.

Available Hunter modules in Make

Once connected, you can add any of the following Hunter modules to a scenario:

  • Find an Email — generates the most likely email address for a person. Choose "Search by" "By Domain" or "By Company", then provide either a first and last name, or a full name.

  • Verify an Email — checks whether an email address is valid and can receive messages.

  • Count Emails — returns how many email addresses Hunter has indexed for a domain or company.

  • Create, Get, Update, Delete, and Search Leads — manage records in your Leads list.

  • Add Recipients — adds recipients to a Hunter sequence.

  • Watch Campaigns — a trigger that fires when a new sequence is created.

  • Make an API Call — runs any authorized Hunter API request that isn't covered by a dedicated module.

👉 There's no dedicated module for a full Domain Search list — Count Emails only returns a count. To pull the full list of emails for a domain into Make, use Make an API Call with Hunter's Domain Search endpoint.

Example: verify emails before creating a lead

Chain Find an Email, Verify an Email, and Create a Lead so only deliverable emails make it into your Leads list.

  1. Add a Find an Email module. Under "Search by", select "By Domain", then map in the person's first name, last name (or full name), and domain.

  2. Add a Verify an Email module and map in the email address from the previous step.

  3. Add a Create a Lead module, mapping in the verified email. Add a filter on the connector between Verify an Email and Create a Lead so it only runs when Verify an Email's "Status" equals "valid".

Example: send found emails to Google Sheets

Use Find an Email as your first module, then feed the results into a Google Sheets module to build a running list.

  1. Add a Find an Email module. Under "Search by", select "By Domain", then map in your trigger data (first and last name, or full name, plus domain).

  2. Add a Google Sheets "Add a Row" module, and connect it to the spreadsheet you want to use.

  3. Map Find an Email's Email and Score fields into their matching Sheets columns. For the source link, map the nested "URL" field under "Sources" rather than "Sources" itself, which returns the full list rather than a single value.
