What is a duplicate request

A duplicate request refers to a Domain Search, Email Finder, or Email Verifier request that has already been performed in the past.

If you research the same domain, lead or verify it using the tools mentioned above, we will not charge additional credits, provided you are within the same billing period on a monthly plan or within the same calendar month (e.g., from May 1st to May 31st) on a yearly plan.

How are duplicate requests counted for an All-in-one outreach platform plan?

  • Monthly plans: Each repeated search or verification is counted once per billing period.

  • Yearly plans: Each repeated search or verification is counted once per calendar month.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Examples:

  • Monthly Plan:
If you're on a monthly plan that started on the 10th, any duplicate requests made before the 10th of the following month will not incur additional charges.

  • Yearly Plan:
If you're on a yearly plan and perform a search or process a verification on December 10th, any duplicate requests made within December will not consume additional credits. However, starting the 1st of January, credits will be applied again for the same request.

๐Ÿ’กPlease note that Hunter won't detect duplicated emails or rows processed in different CSV files with Hunter's bulk features.

How are duplicate requests counted for Data Platform plans?

Since Data Platform plans have a yearly duration, duplicate requests are only counted once if they are performed within the same calendar month (e.g., September 1-30), as with an All-in-one outreach platform yearly subscription.

Also for Data Platform plans, duplicated emails or rows processed in different CSV files with Hunter's bulk features won't be detected, which will result in a double charge.

How are duplicate requests counted in a Team?

If you are part of a Team, duplicate searches or verifications will be counted at a team level.

๐Ÿ‘‰ For example, if user A performs a Domain Search and user B (in the same team) performs the same Domain Search in the same billing period, no credits will be counted for user B.
