These are common to all accounts (free and paid).
Default sending limit: 15 emails/day (can be adjusted in Email Accounts settings).
Gmail/Google Workspace: up to 400 emails/day.
Outlook/Microsoft & SMTP/IMAP: up to 250 emails/day.
