Sequences Reporting

Track your email sequences' performances.

What is Sequences Reporting

Hunter's Sequences Reporting gives you a comprehensive overview of all your email sequences, across each team member, email address, and domain used.

You can monitor the progress of each email sequence over time and filter the data by various criteria, including specific sequences, team members, email addresses, or email domains. You can also analyze your top-performing email sequences and investigate what contributed to their success.

💡 Sequences Reporting is available on paid plans only.

On a free plan, you can still see individual statistics inside the Statistics section of each email sequence.

👉 To access this feature head to Sequences Reporting or click Reporting in the left sidebar of Sequences.

Performance analysis

By selecting one of the tabs at the top left of the Reporting page, you can run a specific performance report

  • Sequences

  • Team members

  • Email accounts

  • Email domains

Each option will display numbers and graphs, helping you track email metrics such as sent, bounced, opened, clicked, replied to, and successful.

Here's a breakdown of what statistics you can access with every report:

Sequences

Check all email sequences sent in a specific timeframe and see the top sequences.

Team members

Get a breakdown of the email sequences sent by team members to monitor the team's individual performance.

Email addresses

See which email addresses sent the most successful/unsuccessful emails and track their performance.

Email domains

Check how different email domains are performing and if there are any that have higher/lower delivery and reply rates.

Reporting filters

To create targeted reports, you can select two types of filters in the top-right corner: email sequence name and timeframe. This ensures the report returns data for a specific email sequence and time frame.

  • Filter by sequence

Each reporting type allows you to filters by sequences name, and you can choose one or several filters at once.

  • Filter by timeframe

By default, the timeframe selected in all reporting types is for the last 7 days, but you can select a specific timeframe or date to apply to the overview and go up to 1 year back in time.

💡 Archived sequences do not appear in the sequence filter.

To export stats for an archived sequence, open it directly via the Archived status filter on the Sequences page, go to the Statistics tab, and export a CSV.

Reporting results

After choosing the filters, a summary featuring a visual representation will be generated, displaying the key performance indicators (KPIs) in detail.

KPIs Overview

Each report includes the main KPIs on top of the graphic:

  • Sent - Number of emails sent

  • Bounces - Number and percentage of emails that bounced

  • Opens - Number of emails opened and the percentage of recipients who opened at least one email

  • Clicks - Number of emails clicked and the percentage of recipients who clicked a link in at least one email

  • Replies - Number of emails that received a reply and the percentage of recipients who replied

  • Successful - Number and percentage of recipients marked as successful in Sequences

💡 Open, click, and reply rates are calculated at the recipient level — not per message. If the same recipient opens multiple emails in your sequence, they count as one unique opener.

For example, if you contact 100 people and 20 of them open at least one email, your open rate is 20%.

Other than the KPIs overview, a graphic is also created with a default view by day and by emails sent:

To adjust the timeframe view of the selected graphic, choose between one of the following options:

  • Day - Daily evolution of the selected KPI
