Depending on your plan, a Data Platform plan or an All-in-one outreach platform subscription plan, you have different options for accessing more Credits without having to upgrade your account.
Access additional credits on an All-in-one outreach platform subscription plan
You can purchase credit packs on all our All-in-one outreach platform subscription plans, allowing you to use extra Credits without having to upgrade your plan.
Credit Pack purchase details:
👉 Credits packs can be purchased from the Subscription section of your account.
Eligibility: Available on Starter, Growth, and Scale plans.
Minimum Purchase: €10 / $10 / £8
Credit Expiry: Credits expire 3 months after purchase.
Portability: Credits remain valid even if you downgrade or cancel your subscription.
Availability: Free plan users, Data Platform plan users and Enterprise users are not eligible to purchase credit packs.
Auto-Purchase Option: You can enable automatic credit pack purchases when your balance runs low (All-in-one outreach plans only).

Credit packs are not available on Free plans, Data Platform plans or Enterprise plans.
How to purchase an extra pack of credits
If you're on a Starter, Growth, or Scale All-in-one outreach platform plan, you can purchase extra credit packs directly from your Hunter account when you need more credits, without upgrading your plan.
👉 Steps to buy extra credits:
Go to the Subscription section of your Hunter account
Click on "Buy additional credits"
Choose the number of credits you want to purchase
Click "Buy credits"
Enter your payment details and confirm your purchase at checkout
Good to know
Extra credit packs are billed once
Credits are valid for 3 months
Credits can be used for both email finding and email verification
Available only on paid All-in-one outreach platform plans
How to purchase more credits with a Data Platform plan
⚠️ Credit Packs and auto-purchase are not available on Data Platform plans.
To top up, you can purchase a new Data Platform plan at any time: your unused credits will roll over.
If you're on a Data Platform plan, here's how topping up works:
You'll receive a notification email when you reach 80% of your usage limit, so you can plan your next purchase before running out.
You can purchase a new Data Platform plan at any time from the Data Platform pricing page or your Subscription section.
Any unused credits from your previous plan will be rolled over into an extra pack, valid for the full duration of your new plan (12 months).
The more credits you buy upfront, the lower the cost per credit.
How to get more credits on a Data Platform plan:
To purchase a new Data Platform plan:
Go to your Subscription section
Click on "Buy additional credits"
You'll be able to select a new Data Platform plan with credits available for 12 months:

What happens to unused credits?
When you purchase a new Data Platform plan, all the unused credits from your previous Data platform plan will be rolled over into an extra pack:
Extra credits are valid for 12 months
No credits are lost when switching plans or repurchasing
