Credits reset at the end of your monthly or yearly plan, and the plan renews at the same time.
For monthly plans:
Credits reset one month after the upgrade date or plan creation date.
For example, if you created a Free Plan on May 17th at 2:30 PM, your credits will reset on the 17th of each month at 2:30 PM. If you upgraded to a paid plan on December 3rd at 5 PM, the credits will reset on the 3rd of each month at 5 PM.
For yearly plans:
Credits last for the entire year without monthly resets.
For instance, if you upgraded to a Starter Yearly plan on April 15th, 2024 at 1:30 PM, your credits will reset on April 15th, 2025 at 1:30 PM.
To check when your credits reset, click on your account's image in the lower-right corner of your dashboard.
The renewal date and time are also visible in the Subscription section of your account.
