Move leads from one list to another
Sure, you can simply move one or more leads across your lists in the Leads section of your account in a few clicks.
To do so, while on the original People's list, select the leads you would like to move. If you wish to move all the leads inside your People's list, click on the empty check box near the Full name column and select all.
A blue actions menu will appear; now click on the three dots and select Move to another list.
A pop-up page will appear. Select the destination list and confirm the change by clicking Move leads.
You also have the option to copy your lead records over to another list, allowing the leads to exist in both lists at once:
💡 Note: To move a lead, you need to be inside a specific People's list rather than on the All People's page.
How to merge Leads lists
You can also move an entire list of people and merge it with another list by using the Merge with another list option:
Inside your Leads list, click on the arrow next to your list's name.
Click on Merge with another list.
A pop-up page will appear, allowing you to select the Destination list. After selecting it, click on Merge lists.

Yes, duplicates can exist across different People lists, but not within the same list.
In the All People list, duplicate entries are automatically merged and displayed as a single lead, so you won’t see them repeated there.
Allowing duplicates across different lists gives you more flexibility in organizing and customizing your People lists to suit specific needs or campaigns.
💡Currently, when importing leads from a CSV file, existing leads will not be duplicated. They will only be updated if the imported data contains new or additional information.

Yes, you can verify your leads as you import them or when they are already in one of your lists of people.
💡 When you verify a lead while on a paid plan, all leads that you have previously verified will automatically benefit from monthly re-verification—at no extra cost. This ensures that your entire list of verified leads stays consistently up to date, helping you maintain high-quality contact data without additional effort.

To verify them when importing, simply check the option before starting the import.
Verify already saved leads
To verify leads you've already saved, go to the Leads section. Check the leads you want to verify; a blue actions menu will pop up; now click on Verify leads.
💡If you're part of a team, only the Team Owner and Admins have the possibility to verify all leads. Should you be a member of a team, by verifying all leads, you will only verify leads that belong to you.

Sure - all team members share leads, campaigns, templates and bulk tasks by default.
However, team members cannot move, edit or delete leads created by other team members or admins. Only admins and team owners have access to those actions.

Yes, all your already saved and new leads saved in Hunter be automatically imported to the selected service when integrating it with Hunter. You can choose between the following integrations:
To check your leads' synchronization status, you can go to the Leads section and click on a lead. Check the ''Synchronization'' status to see if the lead has been successfully added to your CRM (if so, it will show the tag "Saved").
Will any changes to my leads be automatically updated in my CRM?
Yes, it's possible to automatically save any changes to your leads directly in your CRM. You can do this by setting your CRM synchronization preferences on the Connected Apps page.
This option is available for the CRMs that have a native integration with Hunter. Those are:
Zoho CRM;
Hubspot;
Salesforce;
Pipedrive
Which CRM synchronisations can be done with Hunter?
There are two types of synchronizations that you can do between Hunter and your CRM.
In the Integrations page, check for the ''CRM'' integrations. Click on the ''Settings'' button of your connected CRM.
In the Settings page, you will be able to enable the following options by checking the appropriate box:
Update a lead on the CRM when it changes on Hunter;
Delete a lead on the CRM when it's deleted on Hunter.
This will ensure that any changes to your leads on Hunter will automatically be updated on your CRM.

Yes, you can add unlimited tags to your leads and companies directly in Hunter's Leads section. This allows you to organize and categorize leads based on specific criteria, making it easy to share with your team for efficient and streamlined prospect management.
How to add a tag to a lead or company
First of all, to start tagging your leads or companies, you must make sure the Tags column is visible. To do so, inside the Leads section, simply slide to the extreme right, click on the plus (+) sign as shown below, check the Tags checkbox, and click on Update.
Now that the Tags column is visible, to add a tag to one of your leads or companies, simply hover over the lead's row inside the Tags column and click on + Add a tag.
Now select an existing tag or create a new one by giving it a name:
How to filter your leads by tags
It is possible to filter your leads or companies by tags and use tag filtering in combination with other filters. Click on the Filters and + Add filter button on the people or company list and select Tags.
If you just wish to filter your leads or companies by tags, you can also directly click on the Tags column and check the tags you want to filter by.
Edit your tags
To edit your tags, simply click on the three dots, change the name, pick a different colour, or delete the tag.
💡 It is not currently possible to bulk edit tags for a list of leads or to tag leads during a lead import.

Differentiating between leads you and other team members created can be confusing when saving them directly in Hunter.
A Team member filter—is available to help make collaboration more straightforward.
👉 To select it, click the Filters button on the top right of the Leads section.
The filters list will appear on the left side of the screen, where you will find the filter Team member.
Click on the filter to select the team member(s) whose leads you want to see.
This filter has a multi-select option to allow you to select to see only the leads created by you or another team member, one by one, or as many as you'd like at once.
