When you start a sequence, Hunter sends emails one-by-one from your connected inbox and automatically handles follow-ups based on your schedule.

A sequence typically includes:

  • Step emails (Email 1, Follow-up 1, Follow-up 2, etc.)

  • Delays between steps (for example, “wait 2 days”)

  • Personalisation fields (attributes) (like first name, company, role)

When a sequence stops

A lead is removed or stopped from the sequence when one of these events happens:

  • They reply

  • They unsubscribe

  • An email results in a hard bounce

Open email sequences

  1. In your Hunter dashboard, open Sequences from the sidebar.

  2. To create a new sequence, click the "+ New Sequence" button at the top right corner of the screen.

After you launch a sequence:

Email Sequences are available on the Free plan and all paid All-in-One Outreach plans.
