Inside Sequences, you will find a Settings section, which allows you to:
Create a sending window which will be applied to all of your email sequences
Add additional email accounts to send from
Modify your unsubscribe sentence for all of your email sequences.
The Sending window section
The Sending Window controls when your campaign emails are sent. You can choose the sending days and hours, set an average delay between emails, and decide whether initial emails or follow-ups should be prioritized,
Choose a sending window:
Select the days and hours when your campaign emails are allowed to be sent. This helps align your outreach with your preferred sending times.Set an average delay between emails:
Set an average delay between emails to control the rate at which messages are sent. By default, emails are sent with a 30-second average delay (minimum 30 seconds, maximum 600 seconds) to simulate natural sending behaviour, but you can adjust this setting to match your needs.Prioritize follow-ups over initial emails:
Decide whether initial emails or follow-ups should be sent first. Initial emails are prioritized by default, but enabling “Prioritize follow-ups over initial emails” ensures follow-ups are sent first, which is especially useful if you want to follow a natural follow-up flow, based on the delay you have set between emails in the Content step of your email sequence.
The Email Accounts section
In the Email Accounts section, you can connect the email accounts from which you wish to send your email sequences. Here, you can also edit the daily sending limit (15 by default), select a sender and change your sender name by clicking on the Edit button on the right side of your connected email account.
If multiple sequences use the same sender address simultaneously, it can cause one or more sequences to pause or slow down due to sender address overload. To prevent this, consider assigning different sender addresses to different sequences or carefully scheduling sequences to avoid conflicts.
The Custom domain section
In the Custom Domain section, you can set up your custom tracking domain.
A custom tracking domain lets you track email opens and clicks using your own web address instead of Hunter’s. It helps your emails look more professional and reach inboxes more reliably.
For details on how to set this up, refer to the help guide here.
The Webhooks section
In the Webhooks section, you can create and set up webhooks for your email sequences.
Webhooks are notifications of Email Sequences events that Hunter sends to another application. They are typically used to create lightweight integrations between Hunter and a third-party application.
Learn more about webhooks here.
The Unsubscribe sentence section
In the Unsubscribe sentence section, you can edit the unsubscribe sentence for all of your email sequences.
