Learn how to find companies and emails using Discover, apply filters, and save leads for outreach.

Use Discover to find companies that match your ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify the right people to contact. You can filter companies, access email data, and save leads for outreach—all in one workflow.


Find companies that match your criteria

Discover lets you search for companies using multiple filters to narrow down your results.

You can filter by:

  • Company name

  • Location

  • Industry

  • Company size

  • Keywords

  • Technologies (available on a paid plan)

  • Funding

  • Year founded (available on a paid plan)

  • Company type

  • Similar companies (available on a paid plan)

  • Saved companies (hide companies you already saved)

Find emails from companies

Once you’ve identified relevant companies, you can find people and their email addresses directly from company profiles.

Step 1: Open a company profile

Click on a company from your results to view its details.


Step 2: Refine your lead search

Use filters to target the right contacts:

  • Job title: target specific roles

  • Verification status: Valid, Accept all, or Unknown

  • Email type: personal or generic

  • Department: select relevant teams

  • Location: filter by region or country

  • People per company: all, decision makers, or a set number

  • Show only results with: phone numbers, full names, or positions

  • Saved leads: exclude already saved contacts

Special filters:

  • Decision makers: show only senior roles

  • Generic emails: return addresses like info@ or support@


Step 3: Reveal leads

Now that you’ve filtered your leads, you can reveal individual leads by clicking the Reveal option, or reveal them all at once by selecting Reveal all at the bottom.

Save companies to your leads

You can save companies to organize and find emails for them later.

Step 1: Select companies

  • Select companies individually, or

  • Use the bulk select option


Step 2: Save to Leads

Click Save companies, then:

  • Create a new company leads list, or

  • Add to an existing company leads list

What to expect


Limits and plan differences for saving companies

  • Free plan: up to 100 companies per save action

  • Paid plans: no limit on saving companies
